The resort of La Clusaz is mainly recognized for its ski area open from the beginning of December to the end of April (can vary by a few days depending on snow conditions) since it reaches an altitude of 2,600 m.
Here ski and snow enthusiasts have something to enjoy since the resort has 5 massifs for 85 slopes, 49 ski lifts and 125km of slopes. Something to have fun regardless of age and level. To learn skiing or just improve, it is possible to book group or private lessons while the Children’s Village offers children the opportunity to learn the joys of sliding and skiing from the age of 3! Don’t miss the Balme footbridge for an incredible experience: an advance of 6.5 meters above the void to immerse yourself in the panorama offered by the Alps and Mont-Blanc.
For Nordic skiing enthusiasts or those who want to get started, you are in the right place since La Clusaz with its 2 plateaus is one of the largest cross-country skiing sites in the region!
But La Clusaz is renowned for its freestylers and therefore offers two parks. The first, the LCZ Family Park, to learn the basics of skiing and snow freestyle in complete safety thanks to its giant landing mattress; And the second, the LCZ Park, allows the most experienced skiers to express all their creativity.
And for those who prefer tobogganing, an essential and emblematic activity for family vacations, the resort provides 3 free and completely secure slopes.

The La Clusaz resort is full of ideas to offer ever more activities and new things to holidaymakers outside the ski slopes.
To discover the resort in an unusual way, you can discover skijoring, ski while being pulled by a horse, board a drawn sleigh and discover the panoramas pulled by a draft horse or by dogs.
But even in winter, La Clusaz remains a hikers’ paradise with 30km of groomed circuits and 95km of marked trails. Equipped with snowshoes, recharge your batteries and after the effort, admire the view in front of you. On sunny days, you can admire Mont Blanc from the nice weather.
